Dream Job Agent (dreamjobagent.com) is operated by Sky Stone Services LLC, Montgomery, Texas ("we," "us"). By buying or using any Dream Job Agent product or service, you agree to these terms.
What we do, and what we don't
- We provide job-search education, tools, writing and research help. We are not a recruiter, staffing agency or employer, we don't place candidates, and we are not paid by employers.
- We don't guarantee interviews, offers, salaries or any hiring outcome. Hiring decisions belong to employers.
- We never apply to jobs or send messages on your behalf without your approval.
- Our content is general information, not legal, financial, tax or licensed career-counseling advice.

Limited capacity. To keep quality high, we take a limited number of service clients each month. If we're full when you order, we'll tell you within 2 business days and you can choose a start date or a full refund.
Services are paid through Stripe. After you pay, we'll email you to collect your resume, goals and anything else we need. Delivery times begin once we have those materials.
Cancellations and refunds
- Playbook, Toolkit and Interview Prep Pack: if a file doesn't work or isn't what was described, email us within 14 days for a fix or a full refund.
- Resume + LinkedIn Makeover: full refund if you cancel before we start work. After we deliver the first draft, we'll revise it until it's right within the included revision round, but we don't refund delivered work.
- Your Dream Job Agent: cancel anytime by email; your subscription ends at the close of the current monthly period and you won't be charged again. If you cancel within 7 days of your first payment and before your first weekly delivery, we'll refund that payment in full.
- Executive Search Sprint: full refund if you cancel before your kickoff call. After kickoff, we'll refund any unused coaching calls if you cancel within the first 7 days.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate information about your experience. We'll never invent experience, titles, numbers or credentials, and we'll ask you to confirm everything before you use it.
- Review every draft before you send or submit it. You're responsible for what goes out under your name.
Privacy
- We collect only what we need to deliver what you bought: your name, email, phone number if you share it, resume and job-search details.
- We use AI tools to help produce your materials. We never sell your information, and we never share it with employers or recruiters without your permission.
- Payments are processed by Stripe and Gumroad; we never see or store your full card number.
- Ask us anytime to delete your information, and we will, except for records we're legally required to keep.
